A large recruitment drive-I don't mean a couple videos. I mean making sigs, avatars, videos, topics on other forums, and recruiting members from Gamebattles or Wifi Battles. I'm thinking of working on a video, and I could certainly work on a thread for advertisement.

Get a host-This is mostly wishful thinking. I may have had money for a domain, but hosting is very expensive.

Focus on revitalizing GH3-GH3 is the most competitive game that Nintendo Wifi has(MoH2 may be the exception). Idealy we would work on MoH2 as well. I'm not saying to make GH3 or MoH2 the prime focus for our clan, but just to give them a little priority in recruiting until they get a bit bigger.

Replace XAT with IRC-I can't tell you enough that IRC is superior when it comes to clans. Greater control over the chat room, more customization, and all around reliability are all reasons to do this. You CAN have a chat box for IRC, although I recommend actually downloading a client.

Encourage members to be active poster-Active posting can let potential recruits that this clan is not dead or dieing, and that it has a community.
